What payment methods do you receive?

LEGACY MEXICAN ART accept payment with credit card or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). Online through our secure server, or deposit to bank account. All purchases that have to be sent outside of Mexico, the payment of taxes will be in charge of the ordering party.

How are the shipments?

Please make sure to indicate the correct and complete shipping address when place your order. LEGACY MEXICAN ART is not responsible for items that have not been received due to wrong address or address change. If you have not received your order and want to check the status, please contact us to customer Service Department at contact@legacymexicanart.com.

In case of shipment abroad, the shipment must be quoted before the shipment and the taxes that are generated must be paid by the customer upon receipt.

Do you returns?

If for any reason you want to return the product, contact our customer service department or email contact@legacymexicanart.com  And depending the situation has been evaluated, the return can be made within the first 14 days after the purchase is made. Once we receive the returned product in perfect condition, the return will be made. The cost of return shipping must be paid by the customer. No refunds will be available after the 14 day return period expires.

IMPORTANT NOTE: No refunds will be issued if returned products have been damaged or altered in any way upon receipt by us.

Shipping costs are not refunded.

There are no refunds or returns on custom orders

Do you invoice?

In each case, invoicing will be requested directly from the artisan.
