Care and cleaning:
For your comfort we already take care of curing the cheese tray. To start using it, just wash with a dishwashing detergent, using a soft sponge, rinse and dry perfectly. Pure copper can oxidize over time, but don't worry, this is normal due to the nature of the material. To restore its shiny, stain-free appearance, you can use Brasso cream to clean it and then wash it as usual.
For the special finishes that are turquoise or graphite, only the outer part is rinsed with water and dried with a dry cloth, do not carve or use abrasive soaps for these finishes.
Santa Clara del Cobre Legacy:
With the arrival of the Franciscans approximately in 1525, in this place the teachings of Don Vasco de Quiroga, the first bishop of Michoacán, can be appreciated.
He was who fused pre-Hispanic craft knowledge with Spanish techniques such as chiseling.
Since colonial times, this picturesque town has been the cradle of master craftsmen who create true works of art with their hands. Following a tradition that goes from generation to generation.
